"Balance"

"Bonus Funds"

"Platform"

"Wagering Requirement"

"MYR /RM"

To register and maintain an Account on the Viobet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) account only on the Viobet Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.
Registration Requirements
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Viobet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
- You agree to notify Viobet promptly via our support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Viobet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Account Verification (KYC)
Viobet operates a Know Your Customer verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time at Viobet's reasonable discretion, Players may be required to submit:
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad or passport);
- Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
- Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits.

Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction unless a promotion specifies a different minimum.

- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your account, or to a verified bank account in your registered name, subject to KYC completion.
- Viobet targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes during operational hours; however, processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification status.

Viobet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all Viobet bonuses:
- One bonus per household / IP address / device — welcome offers are available to new Players only and may not be claimed more than once per individual.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
- Maximum bet restriction — while an active bonus is in play, the maximum single bet or stake per round is RM 250 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
- Game contribution rates vary by game type. Slot titles generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
- Bonus expiry — all bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without further notice.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the Viobet Platform:

- All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Viobet reserves the right to void or amend bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from technical error.
- In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change during the event. A bet is confirmed only once a unique bet reference number is issued to your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Viobet Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one (1) account, or registering an account on behalf of another individual;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Coluding with other players, including in live casino games;
- Abusing promotional offers, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse;
- Funding your account from a third-party payment source not registered in your own name;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Viobet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
- Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
- Suspected multiple account usage;
- Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring account closure;
- At the Player's own request for self-exclusion.
Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, Viobet reserves the right to withold any balance remaining in the account. Where closure is initiated by Viobet for operational reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal checks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Viobet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- Viobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Viobet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit Viobet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Viobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Viobet uses your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Viobet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
